Saturday, April 28, 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Kick off the 2012 season of the Music & Mosaic Concert Series at Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens with a night celebrating Mexican culture.  “Del Pasado al Presente” (Past to Present) is part of the citywide De Pueblo a Pueblo Mexican celebration.  Watch traditional Aztec dance rituals to the sounds of handmade flutes with performers from Ollin Yoliztli Calmecac, and enjoy concheros dances by the talented young women of Tonantzin Coatlicue.   Tap your feet to the dynamic sounds of Grupa Cuestion Nortena, our festive closing act.  All Music & Mosaic Concerts are BYOB, so don’t forget to bring your drink of choice!
